Sticky material is a big challenge for sidewall conveyor belt, especially for muck unloading process of tunneling project. This may also happen when handling coal and other sticky materials.

QBF has developed special rubber compound coated on the surface of base belt and cleat with the water spray support from the conveyor system.

After testing it meets with user's satisfactory and the unloading efficiency has been increased by at least 50-60%.

The anti-stick rubber compound is also applicable for standard steel cord conveyor belt, fabric conveyor belt and chevron conveyor belt.
